Cancellation Policy
In the event that a customer cancels the booking for any reason, they will be refunded the amount paid, minus commissions, booking costs (including processing fees), and the following penalties:
  • Deposit: The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to a new participant.
  • 75% refund for cancellations made 119–90 days before the event.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 89–60 days before the event.
  • 30% refund for cancellations made 59 days up to the day before the event.
